Participation with Paper
The Abstract must be sent until the 30th of June 2009. If accepted, the final paper is required to be sent until the 30th of September 2009. Format requirements for the paper can be checked on the website. All the papers will be review by the Scientific Committee. Authors will be notified of the evaluation until the 15th of November. The final paper delivery must be accomplished until the 15th of December 2009.
The final papers will be edited at the CD Proceedings and if possible, in paper Proceedings. The Scientific Committee holds the right to request a revision of the paper, if it lacks the adequate quality and rigor.

Abstracts
The abstracts shall include:
. Name of the Authors;
. Institution;
. Contacts (email, telephone);
. Description from 300 to 500 words;
. Short approach to framework / background;
. Paper's aims;
. Short curriculum for each author (50 words).
